Fritz’s law practice focuses on water rights, water quality, federal public lands, endangered species, NEPA and related litigation. He has successfully represented cities, towns, ski areas, special districts, large public companies, private ranches and environmental groups. He has participated in many trials in state and federal courts around the United States, including Colorado water courts, and has argued successfully before the Colorado Supreme Court.
